Add saving and loading functionality (localStorage)

I know it's been 2 years, but I'm back to working on this now. I wanted a little clarification. Is this functionality supposed to save the current bracket state (this is what I'm assuming is supposed to happen), or just the items chosen to be used in the bracket itself?

Since I didn't write a description for this issue, there's no way to know for sure.

I'd suggest an option to save the current bracket state (decisions in place), with two additional buttons / checkboxes / options when loading a save:

1. The ability to "Reset" the bracket back to the start, with all items in their same matchings but no decisions having been made
2. The ability to "Randomize", which resets the bracket and shuffles the item positions.

This would allow saves to be used both for viewing a specific bracket matchup if necessary or for saving a template to use for future matchups, with the same pairings or new matchings.
