Weaviate CLI rebuilding with new features

Hey @dvanderrijst, and @kaaloo, I noticed that weaviate-cli has an initiation problem as given in the screenshot and it is only used for communicating with the Weaviate instance.

As a golang developer, I also thought why didn't weaviate create CLI using the Cobra framework by adding many features to it. I would love to work on it but want to know if you have new plans.
