打包后的产物，未压缩：

这个 less 代码块，在项目中有多处，把 .dragVisible 换个其他的名字，打包后又是正常的。

我仅仅是把 @rspack/cli 、@rspack/plugin-react-refresh 和 @rspack/core 这三个包， 从 0.7.5 升级到 最新版本，就出现了打包问题。

这样的问题，在我们项目中有好几处。

复现配置

当我将 localIdentName 配置注释掉，使用默认配置，打包就没有问题了。

Wondering whether this issue is linked to #8735 where the hash is completely numeric so when the leading numerical characters are removed it results in an empty hash?
