This YATL block:

[[
="a"
="b"
]]

evaluates as "a" = "b" and fails on error "SyntaxError: expression cannot contain assignment, perhaps you meant "=="?"

These alternatives/workarounds work as expected:

[[
response.write("a")
response.write("b")
]]

[[="a"]]
[[="b"]]

[[
_=None
="a"
="b"
]]
