Grid list of Magento change / full responsive?

How do you change the grid list of articles from magento to full responsive in this Theme?
or change it on mobile device?

in list.phtml

can´t we do this with Bootstrap too?

Only through bootstrap I believe.

Maybe product-listings.less has a variable name there used that you can override?
