Fullscreen mode is a nice idea, but doesnt work until PUC has fully loaded #10

When you redirect to a fullscreen dashboard, this is great e.g. for admin users.

However, the entire PUC home page loads before the redirect occurs, so it's a bit pointless really.

It would be better to redirect much earlier so they never see the puc home page.

In fact; Some users may even be banned from the puc home page! so ideally it would redirect from some login page wizardry!
