eksctl is written in Go, so the installer should be super easy to do.

How to create an installer for eksctl?

First, look at the instructions and video here:

• [Installer] Add step cli (a.k.a smallstep) #47.

You can use https://github.com/webinstall/webi-installers/tree/main/keypairs as a template. It's also released with goreleaser.
