lights staying on when tv is turned off

Ever since beta 1 came out i have been having trouble with my led's not turning off when the tv turns off, beta 2 has not fixed it, I didnt have this problem on beta 0, here is a bug report from official hyperhdr github i opened,

do you know if anything has changed from beta 0 to beta 1/2 that would cause this thanks
