Unable to import .scss file with visual studio code

scss file content:

I checked location and everything, still doesn't work

I didn't have this problem with other UI Tool kits,

Thanks, had a problem with my original build tools

switched from

const sass = require('gulp-sass')
to
const sass = require('gulp-sass')(require('sass'));
in the gulpfile.js

also had a problem with src which I fixed
