[Feature]: Paginate crawl workflows in browser profile detail view

Description

Crawl workflows listed in a browser profile should be paginated instead of showing first 1,000 all at once.

Requirements

• Backend: Add browser profile filter to GET /crawlconfigs
• Frontend: Paginate crawl workflows using new filter

Context

This should improve the performance of loading browser profiles that are used in many crawl workflows. More context can be found in feature planning meeting notes from June 10th, 2025.
