当grpc服务端程序down机后，客户端程序是否会造成golang goroutine阻塞，我的业务里面有一个独立的golang协程在从kafka消费数据写入数据库，当服务端程序重启或挂机之后，这个消费协程会出现阻塞的情况。排查之后确定是和服务端重启有关系，想确认一下motan go client的重连机制，进一步排查问题

目前motan-go的grpc客户端最终调用的是grpc原生客户端，连接管理是在原生客户端做的，能否提供一下协程阻塞时栈的dump
