tail 占用cache

今天碰到一个xx平台 统计pod的时候，把内存的rss和cache合并显示了，导致用户看起来疑似产生了内存溢出。
实际上把tail 作为了一个常驻进程，导致tail 文件的时候，会占用cache，日志越大，占用cache越多。与java内存溢出很像。
