Give the possibility to the doctor to create custom psychological test to submit to the patient.

Requirements:

Questions can have only 1 of the following type of response: multiple choice, free response (text), single choice
Must set parameters to give an evaluation based on the reponses

Would be nice (totally optional for now)

Import already existing tests
