To make it easy for users to configure specific cases, we should provide a way for them to specify name mangling overrides, per Haskell identifier namespace.
For example, a user should be able to configure C name cfoo to be translated to Haskell name CFoo when name mangling a type constructor. The default would have been CCfoo.
