iVABS release doesn't have windows installer

Hi,
I am trying to download ivabs. Had no issue with Prevabs. I am downloading from the latest release of ivabs 0.11 here https://github.com/wenbinyugroup/ivabs/releases/tag/v0.11.

I see a Linux installer but not a Windows installer. Would you be able to add the Windows installer please? In the meantime, I downloaded the portable zip file for Windows, but it seems to have errors when unzipping as you can see below. The folder ivabs contains one subfolder "bin" that has 18 files. But from the instructions, it seems that it should also have a "script" folder or is this something I create manually?

The installer on windows has been uploaded. Please check the release page.

The unzip issue looks strange to me. It works on my machine. I also uploaded a new portable package to the release page. You can test it as well.
