EN-TEx cCRE Decoration Matrix version

Only about 320,775 of the cCREs IDs in this decoration matrix can be found in the set of human cCREs downloaded from the "Quick Start" tab.

The EN-TEx cCRE Decoration Matrix does not seem to have the same data as in the SCREEN browser either. The SCREEN browser data seems to be consistent with the "Quick Start" cCREs.

Could you update the Decoration Matrix?
