As a developer
I want to be able to import the tool in other java based projects
Because I need it to automate the comunication between my project and this tool

Right now packages are being publish within the GitHub Packages repository. But the integrity of the packages is not correct. When trying to import them, they are empty. Next step, would be to try to generate a package from gradle locacally. And then, propagate the same configuration to the CD environment (GitHub Actions).
