[Feature Request] Support Branch Data Synchronization Command

Background

In the current branch feature, users can choose whether to continuously synchronize data from source database for all tables during the preparation phase. However, this approach is not convenient enough.

Proposal

We should introduce an additional data synchronization command that allows enabling or pausing data synchronization for specific tables throughout the branch's lifecycle.
