Allow users to edit other exercise fields

At the moment regular users (plus account age and email verification) can only edit the exercise name, translations, etc. They should be able to change the trained muscles, etc. as during exercise submission

List of missing fields:

• Category
• Equipment
• Muscles
• Secondary muscles
• Variations

I'll throw an idea out there. Instead of trying to update the way we edit exercises, would it be easier to send users to the same form for create an exercise ? Users would then have to press continue 6 times even for a small edit, but at least it's a quick comprehensive fix
