Add search functionality to top of page

Seems like the appropriate UI and functions are already added to the app to include search functionality but they aren't working as expected. We could try to fix these or create our own from scratch. The goal here is to have a search bar at the top where users can put in certain tags or keywords and it would show just the job postings that correspond with the search. The data.json file already has keywords and tags in it so we can keep it simple and just search through these to find what we want.
