All wharf repos added on weblate, maybe we can close this?

@david-at-greymass Issue remains open. wharfkit/website is not on weblate yet, and weblate translations haven't been integrated into the site. i18n is planned for a future milestone.

SvelteKit will add support for internationalization in an upcoming release, I say we wait for that.
