Still getting Rack::QueryParser::InvalidParameterError (invalid %-encoding (quot;100%)): error #40

Not sure if your gem helps with this situation but am receiving an XML in params and most work but one contains HTML code. You can see an example here example 3. I tried installing your gem but am still getting the error was wondering if there is any way around this.

@mcdonagg Could you make this a little easier for us to review and provide the string the raises the error and where it lives in the http request?

If I can help I get the error with a query looking like that

GET mydomain.com/path?query=%%% 

Rack::QueryParser::InvalidParameterError (invalid %-encoding (%%%)):
