Hi,
We have used CARLA 0.9.13. The required versions of packages are specified in the Dockerfile. However, please take into account that this is a part of the bigger project to bring the more realistic pedestrian movements to CARLA. It isn't intended for fully standalone use. Please see the main project README.md for details.
You won't be able to build this docker without the other components.
