Reference projects

Hi,

Good work. In order to output text files instead of png images, you might want to take a look at the following projects that were made for the Remarkable readers which seem to use a similar highlighting style:

• https://github.com/benlongo/remarkable-highlights (python, works on the pdf, could be implemented v. quickly)
• https://github.com/soulisalmed/biff (python, more involved but interesting ideas)
