What happened?

This file was reading in correctly before the most recent update. Now it throws an error, its a spc file. There is a change the hyperspec package has updated their functions and this is throwing the error. We may want to grab their source code and bring it in so we can get stability from the updates they are making. Interestingly though the spc file in our extdata reads correctly so sometimes it works.

Also would like to support this csv file type. It is a common export format by some machines.
