TestContainers Java Module for WireMock

Proposal

It would be great to have an official wrapper for TestContainers that takes WireMock Docker and configures it in a fancy way, at least for TestContainers Java

Ideas:

• The module is officially hosted in this org or in Testcontainers
• The module is added to the marketplace
