We need a way to get the checked property's value of an <input type="checkbox"/>.

Protractor has a method called isSelected() which is especially for checkbox-s.

@GabiGrin I am curious how did you test checkboxes in Answers?

It might be a good time to reconsider adding prop() (like attr()) that gets element properties.
