Several people have requested options to disaggregate data and analysis by agency or by mode. Is that something that could possibly be within scope?

We may be able to separate LOS measures (though visualization would be tricky), but access-based measures require a realistic travel time matrix, which would be affected by missing agencies.

There's a larger research-level project here to count the "contribution" by a given agency, but that is outside of the v1.2.0 and v2.0 scope.
