Dear developer,

Thank you very much for this nice tool! I was wondering after I have performed psupertime is there a way to display the expression of certain genes along psupertime which aren't in the top genes?
Also where are the psupertime values of each cell stored?

i think it is
psuper_obj = psupertime(acinar_hvg_sce, y, sel_genes='all')
psuper_obj
psupertime_values <- psuper_obj$proj_dt$psuper
