UTF-8 encoding #13

We should add a line to set the file encoding to UTF-8 by default in Eclipse, something like:

cat "-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8" >> ECLIPSE_HOME/Eclipse.app/Content/MacOS/eclipse.ini

Setting the default to be UTF-8 fixes many problems, including http://issues.objectstyle.org/jira/browse/WOL-1188
