Automatically handle (GitHub) release:

  • create release for a new version tag
  • add binary (bin/refabricate.exe) for each platform separately - for standalone usage
  • add generated docs
  • add sources (github default behaviour)

Currently (without any changes), if I create a release the source code will be added to the release as an archive. This behaviour should be kept and expanded.
