When the Stripe extension is installed, the "Learn More About Pay in Person" link under Payments Settings incorrectly redirects to the "Getting Started with In-Person Payments with Stripe" documentation instead of the relevant Cash on Delivery page.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install and activate the Stripe extension.
  2. Navigate to Payments Settings in the app.
  3. Click on "Learn More About Pay in Person".

Observed Behaviour:
The link incorrectly opens the "Getting Started with In-Person Payments with Stripe" documentation.

Expected Behaviour:
The link should direct users to the Cash on Delivery documentation
