[Woo POS] Coupons: Display coupon discount in cart – Dummy UI

When the coupon is applied, display the discounted amount on the Checkout-Cart. How exactly it'll be displayed will depend on the available data. We might display the total discount on the coupon item in the cart or we could display discounts on each product to which the coupon was applied. Until we have designs, the solution will be using a dummy UI.
