Pay Later Messaging Settings Won't Save

I'm running the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin v2.9.5 on WordPress v6.7.1, WooCommerce v9.5.1

When I go into WooCommerce > Settings > Payment and Manage the Advanced Card Processing or PayPal settings, the customization setting under the Pay Later tab won't save. They always revert back to their default settings.

We need to be able to customize these so that they are readable against the dark background of our website.
