📌 어떤 기능을 구현 하나요?

각 태그를 구분하는 색상을 적용한다.

동일한 이름(id)의 태그는 모든 사용자의 템플릿에서 동일한 색상을 가져야 한다.

테두리 색은 배경 색보다 진한 채도로 선택한다.
