계좌번호 입력 제한 글자 수 세는 정책을 변경해야 합니다.
8자에서 30자이지만 -과 공백을 포함해서 세고 있습니다.
이를 숫자만 8자로 세는 정책으로 변경해야 합니다. 30일 때도 동일합니다.
