Explore teaching how to use quarto rather than markdown #131

From my limited experience, quarto uses the exact same syntax as markdown but has a few advantages in flexibility and output formatting (as well as combining R and Python code e.g.). Might not be worth it if we think markdown can cover all of the uses we think students may need. But worth exploring!
