Add "auto attestation" modal or warning in Connect

This will support new tokens being bridged to a chain for the first time. This flow should replace the current Advanced Tools attestation flow.

[Symbol] token is being bridged to [chain] for the first time. You will need to register this token by signing both your source and destination wallet to proceed.
