Links cannot be made relative when using save by proxy

When saving through this method, linked files cannot be made relative. Even when they are in the same folder.

This might give problems when moving the folder (containing the linked files) to another location and trying to open it from there.

As seen in the image below, 'Opgooi Resave' cannot be found in the original location as the folder containing both the open blend file and the file containing 'Opgooi Resave' is moved to another location.
