https://wp-cli.org/ is a good starting point for CLI, as we have more control over the styling and content. Also wordpress.org could be a bit confusing and intimidating for on boarding non techies into CLI and it is the first suggestion on google. So its probably a starting point for many people.
Would be great to use this site as a marketing and onboard tool, to collect helpful links, tutorials and use cases.
The marketing team also offered some help.
There we could add a area for onboarding non-techies. The handbook on wordpress.org should stay there and could adress the techies, as they are probably familiar with developer.wordpress.org.
The website could should include a good overview to the ressources on wordpress.org.
