Option to captionify even if caption is empty

Currently, Img_Shortcode::captionify() is not run if $attr['caption'] is empty.

I'd like an option to override this behavior and display the caption HTML even if the caption is empty. For example, this would be useful for displaying an image credit even when the caption is not defined.
