WPILib vscode does not have local network permissions when installed alongside real vscode on newer versions of macos #406

It looks like this feature is being introduced in macOS 15, which doesn't have a stable release yet. Conflicts between app copies is a known issue on iOS, but on macOS it's much easier to have multiple copies of an app. For anyone running an unstable version of macOS, it seems appropriate to submit a bug report via Feedback Assistant (not that it will definitely get fixed of course, but there's a reason beta releases exist).
