WPILib vscode does not have local network permissions when installed alongside real vscode on newer versions of macos

It looks like this feature is being introduced in macOS 15, which doesn't have a stable release yet. Conflicts between app copies is a known issue on iOS, but on macOS it's much easier to have multiple copies of an app. For anyone running an unstable version of macOS, it seems appropriate to submit a bug report via Feedback Assistant (not that it will definitely get fixed of course, but there's a reason beta releases exist).
