Website timed-out after trying to use --password-attack, can no longer visit the site. Why? #1848

I tried to "hack" my own wordpress website, i failed and now i get timed out when i try to visit the site. I cant even access the cpanel.

Why, and how?

Does anyone know how to fix this? i might need to get my ip changed.. but i wanna know if there is a solution
