Switch input/output sigils for functions

Makes more sense to use :/:: to signify how the output of the function should be processed. Should be switched with -/--

Backwards incompatible. Need to check current use cases. Also should support k/v format (for input and output), which will make it nicer to do 'shell-ish' operations, though syntax for this may be difficult.
