Correlation ID, LDAP and JDBC logs are missing when correlation logs are enabled from the Management APIs.

Description

The correlation ID is missing when the logs are enabled using Management API. And also no correlation logs are visible for LDAP, JDBC operations. All these missing logs can be seen when the correlation logs are enabled through -DenableCorrelationLogs=true system property.

Steps to Reproduce

Start MI 4.2.0 pack.
Enable correlation log using Management API.
