Hi!
Impressive tool, many thanks for developing it!
I've been trying to implement the scImmuCC_Layered with my own data, but I keep on receiving, as output, the data from the tutorial.
Is it possible to fix this?

Hi marencc, thank you for your attention. Sorry that I'm not quite sure about the problem. There might be a naming conflict between your own data and the built-in data, which could potentially impact the output. Could you please share your code if possible so that I can work on it?
