Hi,

I get the following error to the example code, using the example data in the readme file:

Error in seurat_Heatmap(count, layer1_genelist, ssGSEA_result, "Layer1"): no slot of name "counts" for this object of class "Assay5"
Traceback:

1. scImmuCC_Layered(count = count, Non_Immune = FALSE)
2. seurat_Heatmap(count, layer1_genelist, ssGSEA_result, "Layer1")

Could you help me resolve it?

Thanks!

Best,

Eni

Hi,@eregenyi! thank you for your attention.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The issue stems from the recent version update of the Seurat package used in the scImmucc built-in function. I am actively working on updating the built-in function to address this issue promptly. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
