From what I can tell the outputs are distinct CSV files. For ease of use, it would be nice to have a single unified file where the output looks like this -

Level 1 Annotation Level 2 Annotation Level 3 Annotation
Tcell CD8_T CD8_Central_memory
Tcell CD4_T CD4_helper
Tcell CD8_T CD8_naive
Tcell CD8_T CD8_naive
Tcell CD4_T CD4_naive
