libcompose handler produces errors with docker 1.13 client #23

The radi tool produces significant failing errors when used with the libcompose handler, if the docker client is 1.13.

reported downstream : wunderio/radi-cli#36

libcompose is being forked to it's own repository : https://github.com/wunderkraut/radi-handler-libcompose with this PR #25

After investigation, it seems clear that network aliases for containers are not being set by libcompose.

I've created an upstream issue to see what I am doing wrong: docker/libcompose#438
