[localai-git] protoc-gen-go{,-grpc} are out-of-date on AUR

These two dependencies are out-of-date on AUR. Would you like to take them over?

i currently trying to get the python backends working, and will have a look if building can use the pulled in sources of protoc-gen-go/grpc instead of the aur ones. if not, i would adopt these packages. will write once this is done
